The pubalgia characterized by a pain in the groin which may have several causes and one of them is the physical stress associated with body movements performed during a compensatory activity. This process of lesion may compromise the bone, ligaments and cartilage and therefore the muscles of this region: abdominal and adductors (inner thigh). The site pain (groin) or near (coxa) is the main symptom.
