For all intents and purposes, and I have been requested, I have been informed of the following:

My name and my contacts are listed on the logo. I have been for almost 30 years, banking and I am currently retired. I had a sedentary occupation with many hours spent standing up, which aggravated my existing back problems.
From a young age that I complained of pain in the lumbar region that radiated down the leg. These pains were causing deformation of the body and inability to walk and bend to me. The various doctors I consulted diagnosed as sciatica and prescribed me analgesics, anti-inflammatory and injections of vitamins. The crises were annual and lasted around 2 weeks. Physiotherapy was prescribed to me only much later.

Only many years later. A physiatrist alerted me to the issue of my column to be much more serious and prescribed me, at the time, one TAC to the region lumbar. After having seen the exam, "ordered" that I was seen by a good neurosurgeon, in Lisbon, and with some urgency. The first one I saw was impressed with the result of the examination and told me I would never operate by feel useless and risky operation. The second expert who examined me agreed with the first. As an alternative to that operation was suggested to me that I did physical therapy, that not  make physical efforts, who practiced swimming and gymnastics. I did so since then.

My final and most serious crisis occurred in December 2007. I was this time, virtually paralyzed from the waist down. The pains were so many, deformation of the body as large and the inability to move made me almost lost hope of returning to the same.

I consulted experts who told me that there was not much to do. Only palliative treatments: medications and maintenance therapy. However, thanks to the efficiency of therapy practiced at the Clinic Physio Miguel Arez and as a complement this, treatment of Bowen therapy, practiced by the therapist Patrick Matthews, until today and see, I feel perfectly well. I do my normal life trying to follow strictly the recommendations of therapists Miguel Arez and Patrick Matthews. The many people in this town who know me are amazed with the improvements I had. Some told me they thought I would be paraplegic.

I continue, however,  being watched by those therapists and I hope some day to visit one of those doctors I outlined a future little smiley to see them "fall off the chair" of surprise.

The detailed clinical and technical reserve them for specialists.

Because it is entirely true that everything I wrote, subscribe to this document.
